Since joining Irvin Global & Investment Group as a Human Capital Management Officer, Jane has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s people management framework. She has spearheaded strategic recruitment initiatives, implemented structured onboarding programmes, and introduced performance management systems designed to enhance productivity, accountability, and organizational alignment.
