How do I apply?
All applications MUST be completed on your android device . You can begin your application by downloading the QuickCheck app from the Google Playstore. After downloading the app, please fill the provided fields correctly. *NOTE: You cannot change your login details.
Who is Eligible to apply?
Nigerians who own android devices and good credit scores. The loans can be accessed anywhere in Nigeria
Why was my application rejected?
Loan application can be rejected due to a number of reasons such: -User do not have enough available data for proper evaluation. -User owes another lending platform. -User has bad loan history. If the system discovers any form of data falsification. User does not meet our lending criteria.
Do I need to submit any document?
No. To get a QuickCheck loan, you do not need to submit any document. You only need to fill the required information correctly. *NOTE: You would be barred from accessing QuickCheck loans if any detail is falsified.
Can I apply for up to 500k?
Yes, our loan model encourages to build relationship with you by increasing your loan amount based on credit score and early repayment of your loans.
When can I apply for higher amount of loans?
Your loan cap increases as you pay your loans on time and build trust with the system.
How much loan does QuickCheck give?
As a first time user, you can access up to 15,000 Naira for a period of 15-60 days. Early repayment guarantees higher amounts and lower interest rates.
How do I know if my application is being processed?
Once your application is submitted, an email notification is sent. If you do not receive any notification, this means that the email address provided is incorrect.
Can I apply for a loan on my computer?
The QuickCheck app is ONLY available on android devices for now. However, if and when we launch on other operating systems, we will notify the public
Why was my loan cancelled?
Please ensure that your card is added on the QuickCheck platform and you have submitted accurate information. If this persist, kindly contact support@quickcheck.ng.
How do I repay my loan?
Follow the steps below to make payment via your debit card (ATM Card) -Click ‘Pay Now’ from your dashboard or loan menu -Select the debit card you prefer to pay with -Click ‘Continue’ and tap ‘Pay Securely Now’ to complete your payment -Wait for the congratulatory message to confirm your payment A message will be sent to you by email or SMS to confirm your payment.
Can I pay back in installments?
We love you as our customer and we would never want you to leave our platform, however, if you do not pay back your loan as at when due, it can attract serious consequences such as: Penalty charges accrues on your account daily Poor credit rating with the Credit Bureau agencies which will prevent you from accessing loans from us and any other financial institution. You will not be able to take a loan from us to meet your urgent financial needs in the future
What if I do not pay back my loan?
You can qualify for a discount if you repay your before the due date.
Will I pay less if I make repayment before the due date?
You can make loan payment before the due date and save funds as you only pay interest for the number of days accrued. We charge a minimum of 15 days interest on all loans.
What happens if I can't pay back before the due date?
You are advised to take a QuickCheck loan only if you are certain of making a repayment on or before your due date. Late repayments also attract extra charges which means you are liable to pay more than the expected amount if you don’t pay as and when due. *NOTE: Defaulters will be reported to the National Credit Bureaus and this will deter your chances of accessing loans from us or any other financial institution.
How can I check my expected date of repayment?
To view any information concerning your loan, please login to your Quickcheck account and click “ongoing loan”.
I made repayment via ussd/bank transfer, what next?
Verification is done after payment via bank transfer or the QuickCheck USSD Code. To verify your payment on the application, click on “LOAN PAYMENT” and scroll down click on “BANK TRANSFER”, our account number will pop up. please choose the amount you paid, time and date of payment, means of payment(mobile payment, quickteller etc) and the click on verify.
I just made a repayment. When can I apply for the next loan?
If you login your app and your loan status reads “Paid”. It means your repayment has been received and updated accordingly. You can apply for another loan immediately. *NOTE: We have system limits in place to avoid excessive usage of the platform, which can be financially damaging to our customers. You have a 10 days waiting period before applying for another loan for users with less than 5 successful loan payments.
Can I make repayment with another account name/number?
Yes. You can make a repayment with a different account number and name. Ensure you notify us of this by sending a mail to support@quickcheck.ng with a screenshot of the transaction.
I have paid back my loan but my account is yet to be updated. What should I do?
Send an email containing your proof of payment to support@quickcheck.ng. However, to ensure your account is updated immediately, make your payment via the QuickCheck App. If you used other means of payment, your payment updated might be slightly delayed (1-2 business days)
Why is my card not added?
Here are some of the reasons why your card is not added: Card is to expire before the loan duration If you are attempting to add a verve card If the phone number inputted is not the one registered with the bank. (Please contact your bank to Update your personal information e.g Phone number linked with your BVN and then Notify us) If your card is not enabled for online transactions (Please contact your bank) If this is a new card (Continue usage of the card for 30 days before adding to the platform). Insufficient funds (If you have already been debited please contact us) Please retry after a while if the above does not apply to you.
Why is my account suspended
There are two possible reasons why your account was suspended: Based on your request Fraud suspicion Bad loan history

How long does it take before I get credited?
You will receive your loan within 24 hours of loan Validation. Please notify us if after 24 hours your loan isn’t credited. Please check your bank account directly as you may not receive alerts.
How do I get in touch with QuickCheck?
If you experience any difficulty in using the QuickCheck application, please download our app and utilize the support section or send us a mail support@quickcheck.ng or through any of our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn @QuickCheckng).
I can't validate my phone number. What should I do?
Please make sure the number inputted in your application is the same as the number of the SIM on your device which is linked to your BVN. Also please input your number in the correct international format without the first zero i.e 0903056574 becomes +234 903056574 Make sure you don’t pick the call when that comes in. Please allow a few hours and try again if an error occurs. *NOTE: If you are using a phone with dual sim, please swap the SIM cards.
I can't validate my account number. What should I do?
Kindly confirm that you selected the correct bank name for which the account number you filled is linked. Sometimes the service is overloaded by requests and it takes longer to validate. Please allow a few hours and try again.
Why hasn't my loan arrived even after a full 24-hour disbursement period?
Our app currently works on android devices running on version 4.1 and above. Nonetheless, some phones may not be compatible due to the security settings the app requires. Please check your device settings to ascertain if your device runs on the required version.
What does "device not compatible" mean?

Why does my app show "email address already associated with an account" mean?
You receive this notification when you already have an account with QuickCheck. Kindly contact our support team
Why is my card information required?
Your card details make it easy for loan payment as we will automatically debit your card when your loan is due. This method is safe because all cards come with an end to end encryption. This means that it cannot be accessed or decrypted by third parties; it can only be stored. We understand that it is highly sensitive information and we have put all measures in place to make our platform safe and secure.
Why is my bank account and BVN required?
Your bank account details are required for disbursal of your approved loan. Your BVN is needed for verification purposes and for certain security measures.
I lost my device. How do I retrieve my account?
Your account can be easily retrieved. All you need to do is to download the app on your new device and sign in with your details.
Can I change my personal information/banking details on the app?
Some information can be updated at will. If you wish to change any information about yourself that is not allowed in the app, kindly put your detail(s) in a mail and forward it to support@quickcheck.ng with proof(s) and cogent reasons as to why you want to make the changes.
I'm getting this error message "BVN already in use" what does it mean?
This is because you must have registered an account previously with your BVN and now trying to create a new account using another mobile number. You are advised to login with your correct details. If you need help, kindly contact support@quickcheck.ng
